ProposalStatus enumerates the valid statuses of a proposal.

PROPOSAL_STATUS_DEPOSIT_PERIOD = 1

PROPOSAL_STATUS_DEPOSIT_PERIOD defines a proposal status during the deposit period.

PROPOSAL_STATUS_FAILED = 5
